For Babies from 6 month+ a standard box provides 16 x 60g cubes. These can be 8 or 16 portions, depending on the number of cubes served at once. 2 cubes makes a brilliant meal size, 1 cube is great served alongside finger food or when in early days of weaning.
You will receive your meals with a minimum use by date of 3 months. Given the frozen nature of our meals and the freshness at which they are frozen, the meals have a use by date of 9 months from production.
We recommend serving 1-2 cubes (60g per cube) depending on your baby’s age and stage of weaning. If serving 1 cube, continue balancing it with milk during the early weaning stages. For a complete meal, we suggest 2 cubes per serving, as each cube is expertly portioned to provide a nutritionally balanced meal.
If you find that 1 cube is too much for your little one’s appetite, a good option is to defrost it in the fridge and serve half a cube at a time. Once defrosted, the cube can be stored in the fridge and consumed within 72 hours, allowing you to serve the remaining portion at another mealtime.
For slightly older babies, or those with a bigger appetite, 2 cubes make a great meal size. Alternatively, serve alongside finger foods to offer variety in flavours and textures.
Our snacks can be defrosted in the microwave and stored in a snack box or container. They’re best enjoyed warm but can be eaten cold within 3 days. With our purées and meals, you can heat in the microwave to defrost, then store in an airtight thermal food flask or container, consuming them warm within 2 hours. For example, try this food flask. Alternatively, you can defrost purées in the fridge overnight, take them in a chilled or insulated container, and heat them before serving within 3 days.
For slightly older babies, or those with a bigger appetite, 2 cubes make a great meal size. Alternatively, serve alongside finger foods to offer variety in flavours and textures.
Our meals must be kept frozen during transport, ice packs/insulated - ensure still frozen on arrival. However, if you’re travelling within the UK, you can update your shipping address, and we’ll deliver directly to your holiday home. Alternatively, you can pack our cubes in a cool bag with ice packs to keep them frozen. If they defrost during the journey, you can store them in the fridge and consume them within 3 days.
If you don’t have a microwave, you can still easily heat our cubes and pots:Defrost the food in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight to ensure it is fully defrosted and soft.Once defrosted, heat the food in a pan until warmed through. This method works well for both cubes and meal pots, ensuring your little one’s meal is properly heated without a microwave.
All of our dishes are designed to be heated from frozen for the ultimate convenience, but there are options if you wish to defrost in the fridge before heating. Defrost fully in the fridge ideally overnight. though this may vary depending on your fridge’s temperature. We recommend defrosting overnight. Please note our meals must always be heated prior to serving.

Our toddler pots are designed to be the right portion size for little ones aged 1-3 but we understand that each child is an individual and moves at their own pace. If you find that our pots are too much for your little one for one mealtime, a great option is to defrost the meal in the fridge and heat half at a time. Heat half the portion in a microwave-safe dish, and save the rest for another meal. (To be stored in the fridge and consumed within 72 hours)

Some babies are ready to be weaned at 4 to 5 months. If you feel your baby is ready, we offer single vegetable purées that are made with 95% organic vegetables and 5% boiled water.
